Joining PDF Files with Ghostscript
FontType interger PostScript type for this font. Some files have a TrimBox that is smaller than the MediaBox and may include white space, registration or cutting marks outside the CropBox. However some files from Corel 9 and Illustrator 88 do not operate properly if these operators are present.
