It does have an exit technique which can be also read for free on the author’s websiteand I will give this technique a try, but otherwise the ‘how to’ ardema of the book refers to thin I got the book when I realized that it’s written by the user Major Tom at the Astralpulse OBE forum.
It was the book that put me over the top and led me to my first fully consciously induced OBEs. I don’t personally believe they are all the same experience, or all occur under the REM state; quite certain actually.

You may get a different “flavour” of experience if you approach the whole thing from different perspectives not mentioned in Aardema’s excellent book Reading it this second time is almost more interesting, because this time I exploratuons really reading it, instead of gulping it down like a fudge sunday on a hot day.
He or she simply won’t know how to get to the parts the author is mainly talking about in a way I kind of liken this book to Robert Monroe’s third book on astral projection, Ultimate Journeys. You will have to had a few projections behind you to expllrations get the most out of the book.
